Hi, I’m Adie, founder of Safe Spoons! For the past 15 years, I’ve operated Treat Cupcake Bar [Needham, MA], a bakery specializing in both “regular” and allergy-friendly products, utilizing shared kitchen space. Through that experience, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be for food businesses to navigate allergy safety—but also how rewarding it is when customers with allergies come in and are so incredibly happy to have options.
That’s why I started Safe Spoons: to help restaurants, bakeries, and cafés create safer experiences for customers with food allergies—without fear of making mistakes or losing business.
With my background in allergen-friendly food prep, recipe development, strong relationships with local health departments, and a deep understanding of allergy-conscious dining, I’m here to make it easier for you to serve every customer with confidence.
